Fei Wei Che Ze


This fried eggplant with caramelized sugar and spices is probably my favorite dish here.

  3. There a million other reasons to visit Spain, but the food is definitely a good one. If you go to Southern Spain, you might even be lucky enough to get fried eggplants free as "tapas" when you buy a beer.
