Fei Wei Che Ze


This fried eggplant with caramelized sugar and spices is probably my favorite dish here.

    Fried eggplant, especially in batter, is popular in Spain. Spiced and caramlised seems like delicious variation

    There a million other reasons to visit Spain, but the food is definitely a good one. If you go to Southern Spain, you might even be lucky enough to get fried eggplants free as "tapas" when you buy a beer.
